Eason Chan, one of the biggest pop stars in the Chinese-speaking world, launched a two-month, six-city North America tour across New York, Toronto, Vancouver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Las Vegas. This large-scale project required flawless cross-team coordination, high-volume media execution, and exceptional content quality. We led the campaign end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution and measurable impact.

Brand's Challenge
This was a high-pressure, complex, large-scale campaign that demanded top-tier execution across multiple markets:
- Large scope involving six cities and multiple stakeholders (China-based artist team, U.S. promoters, media partners)
- Extremely tight timelines requiring rapid content production, media planning, and team coordination
- Time zone differences between China and U.S. teams added complexity to project management

- OOH activation (Times Square, New York) demanded premium quality and full-process oversight—including issue resolution when one screen encountered an error
